One way he’s done that is when he allowed eight of the Dalai Lama’s most experienced monks to be hooked up to EKG’s to observe their brain wave patterns, the results for science and meditation were astonishing…
Everyone thought that they would be in a quiet alpha state of deep relaxation…They sure looked relaxed and peaceful.
But what was going on in their meditation was much more dynamic than anyone expected or could have predicted.
Their brainwave patterns moved quickly from alpha, beta, gamma and delta!…These monks, who were meditating on compassion, were in a deep state of a dynamic wave patterns, which is where your mind is in extreme creativity and freedom of expression and inner experience.
You’ve heard the expression: Get out of your head. They did just that!
These meditators allowed their awareness to expand into a state of radical, free-flowing expression. This is not a space of conclusions, decisions and analysis…it’s free, pure and opens you the infinite field of all possibility.
This experiment proved that meditation is an inner experience where everything is possible and God, the source of it all, is freely expressing all attributes and qualities full tilt – that means no holding back, you are relaxed and free so the fullest expression and experience can come forth.
Quantum science tell us that when you meditate, you become aware of an infinite field of pure potential and possibility.
According to science, this quantum field is comprised of energy, of light that moves in wave patterns. Interestingly this energy is the same energy and light of your own energy field. Maybe that is why you’ve maybe heard that we are made in the likeness of God, who is often described as divine light. So you are the light of this world.
Hmmm? Do you feel like divine light ? Do you experience yourself as a quantum field of possibility and potential?
The good news!
The amazing thing about this pure quantum energy field is that it is accessible to you all the time. It has to be because remember, it is made off the same energetic waves as you are.
The simplest way to access it is by stilling the thoughts…allowing the mind to become quiet. When the thought waves of the mind become still, your awareness can expand beyond the mind into pure consciousness, energy and light.
Within this dynamic quantum field, you get to quietly, silently observe all that’s happening.
And the great the part is that the more often that you experience this infinitely amazing field where everything is possible:
- the easier it is to navigate your way to it,
- the faster you get to an expanded experience and
- the more the inner universe opens up within your perception.
What would it be like to meditate with a highly qualified, naturally gifted meditator? By the way, that’s you!
Read this excerpt of the Dalai Lama as he meditates…
As the Dalai Lama meditated, his body swayed slightly from time to time, like a metronome. His eyes were partly closed but I could see occasional fluttering of the eyeballs within their sockets. At times they would roll upwards for a couple of beats and I could see the white expanse of his eyes. His hands rested on his lap, fingers clicking his prayer beads rhythmically. I was uncomfortable, sensing my intrusion into something that was extraordinarily private.
I had no doubt the Dalai Lama was in a deep and special place. He would tell me later that his meditating mind was not as quiescent as, say that, of a Zen monk. It was actively shaping his motivation for the day, occupied with how to deepen his compassion. He aspires to be kind to everyone and to help relieve suffering in whatever way he can.
As you can see, meditation is dynamic and empowering for all of the amazing qualities that you want to bring into your life.
